2. Instructions

### Load TSAmp, Winamp, and TeamSpeak in any order

### Mode Instructions
     a. Selecting 'Streaming Mode' will tell TSAmp to mute WinAmp instead of pausing it.
			"Low" is the volume you want Winamp to drop to when someone is talking
			"High" is the volume you want Winamp to return to when talking stops
			
     b. If 'Streaming Mode' is not selected, TSAmp will pause WinAmp to mute the song.
			This is especially useful for playing MP3s and non-streaming types of
			music as you don't miss any part of the song.
	  
### TSAmp will wait 2 seconds after everyone has stopped talking before trying to play again.
    This will hopefully prevent a very quick choppy noise coming from your speakers everytime
    someone can't hold the damn talk button down.
    
### TSBeep
    TSBeep is a fairly simple tool that allows you to set an interval for your system beep to sound when someone is talking.  This is useful in certain situations when you'd like TS to be muted, but to know when someone has started or stopped talking.
